My story is about my sister she was in a abusive marriage and they argued and fought so much CPS came in and took my neice away. My sister was not cooperating and was hurt and combative with the Social Workers so they put her through so much crap that she passed away on Oct 31, 2015. She could not take not seeing her daughter and the favor was turned to the father because he faked it. I'm looking to sue CPS for putting my sister through so much. Any suggestions?

I was a product and victim of CPS. The psychological damages I've suffered has been a curse. I have not been able to function as a productive member of society and even to function as a person is hard. What CPS has done to me and my family was worse than murder. My family and I have been living with extensive years of pain, chaos in our lives, confusion and fear.

Could you please help me. I am trying to find the government studies that show the statistics you show on your welcome page. Specifically the ones that show that 2/3 of child deaths were under CPS custody. My wife and I have a dependency hearing and our lawyers wants to use these statistics, but I can't find the original documents to show her only the info on your website. Thank you for getting back to me. My sister had a stroke. I've had a consult with a Lawyer he is interested in taking a look at my case. There is a way to sue CPS. I've been doing some research on different cases. I'm not certain of what site I found you .. I've been reaching out to a lot of people.
